Return and Refund Policy
If you receive damaged product or have any issue with the product, you may call or WhatsApp us on 9324862500 within 3 days of receiving the product. We would require you to send us a video of you opening the parcel and of the damaged product as well. No request will be entertained if concern is not raised within this stipulated time period. We will gladly accept return or send replacement if the above criteria are met. In case of return, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to original payment method. If the order was a COD our customer service team will contact you for refund process.
